Our incredible gym court is perfect for team sports, practicing for upcoming tryouts, or just shootin' some hoops on your own, this court is truly a dream for athletes of all levels.
We offer a selection of equipment that's free for all users to access, including balls for soccer, basketball, and volleyball, floor hockey equipment, pickleball equipment, etc.

Our elevated 200m walking/running track is one most popular sections of our centre!
Whether you come for an easy indoor stroll or train for a marathon, this track is wonderful for all ages!
We also offer an in-house stroller at no additional cost so you can bring your little with you.

Our fitness room currently consists of a range of free weights, NEW Leg Press/Half Squat machine, Treadmill, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, a Universal Gym, Smith Machine Squat, two benches, weighted ropes, yoga matts, and more! We will be adding more equipment in the future.
