FLOATING WALKING/RUNNING TRACK
- Our elevated 200m walking/running track is one most popular sections of our centre!
- Whether you come for an easy indoor stroll or train for a marathon, this track is wonderful for all ages!
- We also offer an in-house stroller at no additional cost so you can bring your little with you.
*Please note that the only access at this time to the track is 2 flights of stairs. We are hoping to add a lift in the future.
FITNESS CENTRE
Our fitness room currently consists of a range of free weights, NEW Leg Press/Half Squat Machine, Treadmill, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, a Universal Gym, Smith Machine Squat, two benches, weighted ropes, yoga matts, and more! We will be adding more equipment in the future.
GYM COURT
Our incredible gym court is perfect for team sports, practicing for upcoming tryouts, or just shootin' some hoops on your own, this court is truly a dream for athletes of all levels.
We offer a selection of equipment that's free for all users to access, including balls for soccer, basketball, and volleyball, floor hockey equipment, pickleball equipment, etc.
